Richard Rianoshek, Ph.D.

Co-Founder

Richard is the co-founder of Conversant and co-author of The Communication Catalyst: the fast (but not stupid) track to value for customers, investors and employees. Richard’s experience as a psychologist, policeman, detective, Chief of Police, executive coach and researcher into how language impacts attitude and action has resulted in major contributions to Conversant principles and tools.

Clients for whom Richard has led successful work include Hewlett-Packard, Ball Aerospace, Coca Cola, Capital One, Tektronix, Microsoft, AT&T, QTS, the NYPD, the United Kingdom Police Staff College at Bramshill and many others.

Leadership development programs that feature principles and tools co-developed by Richard have impacted many thousands of people at H-P, Lloyds Banking Group, Humana, Telstra, B-P, Zurich Insurance, Lockheed Martin and National Australia Bank.

Richard is now retired from full-time work. However, his influence in Conversant endures.
