The Diversity Curriculum
Transforming relationship differences into resources for personal growth and business results.

Differences can be a source of value or waste, depending on how we are disposed to deal with them. In this workshop, we work from Conversant's principles and tools to develop skills for turning difference into collaboration, unprecedented thinking, new ideas, deepened relationships, and value.

Exercises are an integral part of the Diversity Curriculum workshop and allow participants to work on real business issues where biases and differences can occur as sources of waste, rather than value for an organization. Participants discover their own predispositions and begin to transform them to see the valuable benefit that diversity brings to the group. Cultivating trust in themselves and others allows difference to become a source of creativity and brilliance that can become a powerful competitive advantage.

Program outcomes:

• Greater awareness of personal biases
• An expanded understanding of how predispositions can obstruct value
• Building, maintaining and recovering trust
• Plans and approaches for addressing real business purposes that are being hindered by disposition to difference
