Effective Negotiation
I learned some new concepts, including the Intersection Model and the Conversation Meter.

I am vice president and general counsel for TEC International, a company whose mission is to increase the effectiveness of CEOs in other companies.

As part of my legal duties for the company I was involved in two negotiations that were at an impasse. Neither side could come to an agreement, and both matters were headed for trial.

I was able to apply these principles to the negotiations in both cases. As a direct result of using the principles, I was able to settle both cases.
