This has included small and large group workshops, organizational development training programs, personal development programs, consulting, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. My interactions have been with most everyone at Conversant. In each case, I've walked away from the experience more enriched, and better able to find ways of creating value for our business.

The value creation comes partly from efficiency gains found in more effective communication and collaboration. More significantly, I have learned how to lead people in the generation of new possibilities that were not previously apparent to any individual. I better understand the genesis of ideas, and how to foster an environment where people can consistently achieve greater results as a group than they could as a collection of individuals.

Conversant has never tried to hand me any predefined 'Formulas for Success.' They do have some fundamental learnings that are the foundation of all their work. These are fundamentals that they live as well as teach.

The key to their effectiveness is that they take these fundamentals and seek to find appropriate application within the specific work situation being discussed. 'One size fits all' never fits anybody, and I have always valued how Conversant 'tailors' their efforts regardless of the size of the group, or the duration of the engagement.
