Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Ball Corporation.

Improve our program execution and customer relations through developing the collaboration skills of our management staff (program and functional) and our senior technical personnel.

Conversant was brought in to provide training to help key managers in one business unit improve their relationships and work more effectively with their major customers.

Following the initial training sessions in that business unit, we choose Conversant's Execution Catalyst for our leaders responsible for collaboration across organizational (matrix) boundaries, including the executive team. With this deeper exposure into our company, we then extended the training to more of our technical staff and work teams.
